Refund policy

At Girdhaan A2 Bilona Ghee, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged during delivery
• Product missing in the package

3. Refund Process

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Minor packaging damage without product damage
